Copyright and Takedown Policy

TamilGlitz respects the intellectual-property rights of creators, photographers, publishers, studios, broadcasters and other rights holders. This page explains how to submit a copyright or content-removal request.

Before Sending a Request

Confirm that the TamilGlitz page actually contains the disputed material and that you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder. Consider whether the use is licensed, credited, embedded from an authorised platform or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Information Required

  1. Your full name and contact details.
  2. The name of the rights holder you represent, if different.
  3. A clear description of the copyrighted work.
  4. A link to an authorised example of the original work, when available.
  5. The exact TamilGlitz URL containing the disputed material.
  6. Identification of the specific image, text, video or other material at issue.
  7. The action requested, such as credit correction, replacement, removal or link update.
  8. A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
  9. Your electronic or physical signature.

How to Submit

Email the complete request to admin@tamilglitz.com with the subject “Copyright or Takedown Request.”

Review Process

TamilGlitz may acknowledge the request, ask for missing information, temporarily restrict material, seek a response from a contributor or take other reasonable steps while reviewing the claim.

Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal. The outcome may depend on ownership evidence, licences, attribution, context, applicable exceptions, public interest and legal requirements.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading claim may create legal consequences. Do not demand removal of material you do not own or control.

Counter-Information

A contributor or affected party may provide evidence that the material is authorised, independently created, licensed or otherwise lawful. TamilGlitz may consider both sides before deciding.

Personal Information and Privacy Removal

A privacy request is different from a copyright claim. For personal data, doxxing, sensitive records or safety concerns, use the subject “Privacy or Safety Removal Request” and explain the specific risk.

Repeat Infringement

TamilGlitz may restrict contributors or users who repeatedly submit infringing material or abuse website services.
